MEO will implement measures to restrict Internet access speeds whenever necessary to ensure minimum quality-of-service levels, guarantee the security and integrity of the network, and prevent network capacity from being exhausted. MEO may monitor service usage to prevent such usage from posing a risk to the security or integrity of the network and/or from constituting abusive use and/or use contrary to the terms of the contract. MEO reserves the right to apply restrictions to the service, deny or suspend access, and terminate the contract in the event of (i) misuse of the service by the customer; (ii) use of the service(s) in connection with illegal activities; (iii) a willful and serious breach of contractual obligations; and/or (iv) instances of fraud.
Once the top-up expires, the card will be deactivated, and Mobile Internet will no longer be available. Internet traffic is available for use within Portugal only.
