MEO will adopt measures to restrict the speed of Internet access, whenever it needs to ensure minimum levels of quality of use, guarantee the security and integrity of the network and prevent the exhaustion of its capacity. MEO may monitor the use of the service in order to prevent its use from posing a risk to the security or integrity of the network and/or abusive use and/or use contrary to the provisions of the contract, MEO reserving the right to apply restrictions to the service, refuse or suspend access, as well as terminate the contract, in the event of (i) improper use of the service by customer; (ii) use of the service(s) in the context of illegal activities; (iii) culpable and serious breach of contractual obligations and/or (iv) situations of fraud.
Once top-up has expired, the card will be blocked and it will not be possible to use the Mobile Internet. Internet traffic only available for use in Portugal.
