The voucher is valid for up to 3 years after purchase.
The voucher can only be redeemed at the FlixMobility GmbH ticket office by individuals 14 years of age or older.

The cards are valid on all routes shown at www.flixbus.com.
Seating on buses is limited. The voucher amount will be deducted from the price when you enter the code.
Only one voucher code can be entered per reservation. Any remaining credit can be reused by entering the same code.
The card cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded in cash, or used to purchase other goods.
