The Associação das Cozinhas Económicas Rainha Santa Isabel - ACERSI - is a Personal Social Solidarity Institution, founded on July 4, 1933, with a solid tradition of social and community intervention in the city of Coimbra.
ACERSI's mission is to serve the most needy and vulnerable population in an individualized and humane way, helping people to build a life project suited to their expectations, promoting their autonomy and full integration into society.
ACERSI has diversified its services, seeking to create differentiated responses to the needs it encounters. Specifically for older people, it runs the Day Care Center, Home Support Service and social support projects, including the "Abraço de Gerações" Intergenerational Program (which promotes relationships and mutual support between young higher education students and older people in the city of Coimbra). In addition to this, it also runs the Grandparents' Workshop Project (computer workshops, sewing, yoga classes), the ACERSI CUIDA+ Project, the Laundry Service; the Correspondence Center; Accompanied Study, Support for Medication Therapy and its 90-year-old Social Cafeteria.
The transmission of personal data to third parties is only possible if you consent to it. You can obtain a receipt for your donation during the exchange process on the my MEO App or by calling 16200 up to 3 months after the MEOS exchange.
Note: Some institutions covered by the MEOS Program only issue receipts once a year, before the IRS submission period where these receipts can be declared.
