      All purchases made between 31/10/2025 and 24/12/2025 can be returned/exchanged until 15/01/2026 (inclusive). This extension of the return/exchange period is valid for all equipment sold at MEO, provided that the packaging has not been opened. Large products such as smart TVs and household appliances that require scheduled delivery or installation at home are excluded.

      Buy in cash or in installments, add insurance, exchange MEOS or use a voucher with your order. Free delivery in 1 to 3 working days (mainland) or up to 7 days (islands). Prices include VAT. MEOS exchange is not compatible with vouchers or installment payments.
      How to buy installments in 2 steps:
      Once you have completed your purchase in the online store, you will receive the order summary.
      Once the order has been approved by MEO, we will send you an email and SMS to pay the down payment and the administrative cost. The remaining installments will be paid in the respective monthly MEO service invoices.
      For business customers (except sole proprietors), after approval by MEO, you will be asked to send documentation. Buying in installments is quick and easy.

      The monthly fee shown may be adjusted slightly on the invoice, with no impact on the total amount payable at the end of the contract.
