General conditions for pay monthly deals

Pay monthly sales require the following conditions to be met:

1) Be customer MEO with bundles with TV, Net + Phone, plan Unlimited or MEO Smart Home service;

2) Length of service with at least one MEO service (landline, plan mobile, internet or television) equal to or greater than 6 months;

3) Have top-ups or paid invoices with an accumulated value of €40 or more in the last 4 months;

4) You can't have any debts:

i) open with PT group companies;

ii) registered with other telecommunications operators.

5) You can accumulate the purchase of several pieces of equipment in Instalments as long as you don't exceed the maximum credit limit per customer (NIF (TIN));

6) You must have the electronic invoice and direct debit services activated. If you don't, this activation will be done automatically with the data you provide in the order;

7) The delivery address must be the same as the billing address for your service or, alternatively, at a MEO store (except for the purchase of Smart TV);

8) At the time of purchase, you must pay the down payment and the administrative cost of €30, with the remainder divided into monthly Instalments to be included in the invoice for the respective service;

9) Documentation required

i) Personal identification card + tax card;

ii) Proof of NIB/IBAN including the name of the account holder.
