The exchange for monthly premium channel fees only applies to monthly subscriptions. The exchange is not compatible for customers with an annual subscription, promotional conditions and channel packs (unless this option is available for exchange).

If you already have a subscription to this channel (the channel is active) on the service/bundle that you want to exchange MEOS for, this exchange gives you 1 free monthly fee (30 days) starting on the day of the exchange.
If you haven't subscribed to this channel yet (the channel isn't active), switching MEOS automatically activates the channel the next day or, if you prefer, you can activate it directly on your MEOBox after switching. This switch gives you 1 free monthly subscription (30 days) starting on the day of the switch.
If you don't want to keep the channel active beyond the minimum period of stay, you must request the deactivation of the channel directly on the TV or by calling 16200 no later than the day before the end of the monthly fee (the end date is indicated on the TV). The channel will remain available for viewing until that date. If you want to keep the channel active, the remaining monthly fees will be charged according to the rate in force for this channel.
